  Recruitment Policy

When ever in SK Group any vacancy appear so there are two options for attracting pool of candidates, which are as follows.

External Recruitment: We hire people through proper channel with merit like as a result of newspaper advertisement.

Internal Recruitment: If someone is capable for empty position and he or she work better in that position than we hire people internally.

  Remuneration policy

To offer salaries that are competitive with salaries in the marketplace in order to attract and retain a fully competent workforce. Our salary packages are also considering labor laws salaries benchmarks. Objective of this policy is to encourage each staff member to reach fullest employment potential.

  Performance Evaluation Policy

Employees will be evaluated on annually basis. New comers will be evaluated after probation period(90 days) and also at the end on concern year.

  Bonus Policy

As a result of good performance, organization will give one-month salary as a bonus to the employees after completing one year working period.
